With Great accommodation packages available you will find a cheap deal midweek.

Minimum stay is 2 nights
Overnight and longer term stays (2 weeks +) by negotiation
Check in time - 1 pm NSW time, Check out time - 9.30 am NSW time
Cash, EFTPOS, cheques and most credit cards acceptable
Minimum deposit for advance bookings $100 by cheque, money order, cash or credit card (bank fees plus GST are payable by cardholders on transactions)
Holiday period deposits by negotiation
Payment in full prior to occupation
Office Hours 8.30 - 5.00 pm daily Reception (UNIT 15) as you drive in on your right

Our apartments are air conditioned and fully self contained.
Prices above are for up to 4 persons.
Extra person per night $10.00 per adult and $10.00 per child from the age of 5. No charge for infants.
Apartments are up to a maximum of 6 persons.
Linen is included in prices.
Minimum deposit for advance bookings is $100 payable by cheque, money order, cash or credit card.
Payment in full is required prior to occupation.

Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of the holiday letting as agreed to by both parties are as follows and departure from them permits the owner or management to refuse the key, amend the charge and immediately terminate the occupancy.

The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated.
The premises are available from 1pm (NSW) on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 9.30am (NSW) on the day of departure. Please return the keys to the office when leaving.
All payments are to be made in full before occupancy.
The first week’s charge is the usual deposit.
In the event of a cancelled booking by you, the deposit is not refundable unless the premises are re-booked for the entire period or the owner agrees to transfer the deposit to a later booking. In these instances a cancellation fee of 12.5% of the deposit will be charged.
The booking is made in good faith by management, but may be subject to any change as may be notified by the owner prior to the commencement of the booking. Management cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner of the premises outside of their control. (Every reasonable endeavor will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur).
The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the agreement or the number of beds whichever is less.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
All breakages, damage and lost keys are to be reported to management and paid for immediately.
No responsibility is taken for occupants’ personal property left on premises.
With telephone or postal bookings, the description of the premises by management is made in good faith but no responsibility for mis-description will be accepted.
No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers. In home units Strata Title By-Laws and Regulations must be observed.
